Roar with Katherine Kendall

Mar 11, 2020

Laurie Cousins is a mindfulness-based teacher, integrative holistic practitioner, and an Echo trauma-informed nonviolent parent educator. Her education includes training and certification through the mindful centers of UCLA & UCSD. Laurie enjoys being a lead teacher for Susan Kaiser Greenland’s Inner Kids curriculum and brings secular mindfulness into education for students, parents, and faculties throughout the Los Angeles area. We spoke about mindfulness, and she offered simple ways to practice mindfulness in the moment that are working for me right now. I hope they work for you, too.

This episode was recorded for the Echo Training 2020 Conference And Still We Rise: Survivors Becoming Empowered, on March 11th and 12th at The California Endowment Center for Healthy Communities in downtown Los Angeles.
